The Details
Key Benefits Defined
Free annual plumbing, electrical, and sewer (through an accessible cleanout) inspection. We will provide you with a detailed report of our findings and explain any concerns. We’ll alert you to potential emergencies before they become disruptive problems. We’ll even call to schedule your annual inspection so you won’t have to worry about remembering.
Care Plan members receive priority service.
Special member pricing on repairs. We waive the $30 diagnostic service charge for our Care Plan members.
If you’re looking to cut down on your energy costs and make your home more efficient, making electrical upgrades is a great place to start. An annual water heater flush keeps your water heater running efficiently; if you have a tankless water heater, we may need to install an isolation valve for an additional charge.
Important Stuff to Know
Term
This agreement is for a one-year term and will be automatically renewed for successive one-year terms unless the customer provides written notice 30 days in advance of the renewal date. The customer is not entitled to a refund on early termination except as provided in the cancellation below.
Customer’s Right to Cancel
Customers may cancel this agreement by e-mailing a written notice to 3 Mountains Home Services at [email protected] before midnight of the third business day after signing this agreement. In the event that the customer decides to cancel his agreement before the 1-year term noted above is completed, the customer agrees to repay 3 Mountains Home Services for the discounts received as a result of this plan.
Transfer
This Customer Care Plan is transferable to a new house if the customer moves or to the new owner at this location if the property is sold. The customer must provide 3 Mountains Home Services with written notice by emailing [email protected] to transfer the Care Plan.
